- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
