3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

• ⚠️ Important: Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items

• The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original one for a refund and place a new order.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@kutekrap.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
