1. Return Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:Unused and in its original condition (e.g., no scratches, tears, or damage).In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., final sale, promotional, or personalized items) cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email our customer service team at service@kutekrap.com within the return period.
2. Include your order number and the reason for return.
3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

• ⚠️ Important: Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items

• The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original one for a refund and place a new order.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@kutekrap.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
