- We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
- ⚠️ Important: Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items
- The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original one for a refund and place a new order.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@kutekrap.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Each earring is a miniature tribute to this scene. Petals are individually shaped by hand, with curves and veins painstakingly crafted to mimic nature's design. It takes hours to layer over ten delicate petals into a single, breathable bloom. The micro-sculpted stamen at the heart demands immense patience and a steady hand, completing a piece of wearable art that feels as alive as the flower itself.
